Staying at this hotel in the heart of Helsinki was an absolute delight. the room was spacious and had a modern touch. the bed was super comfy, and the cleanliness was top, notch. the self, check, in process was easy to follow, and the in, room tablet was a handy addition. the continental breakfast was satisfying, and the staff was responsive and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent, and the decor throughout the hotel was charming.
One minor thing that could be improved is the shower setup, as the water tended to splash around the bathroom despite efforts to prevent it. not a big deal but worth mentioning for those who are particular about this.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city and close to a train station. the staff members were friendly and provided some great recommendations. the room was lovely, featuring a very comfortable large bed with a very good mattress and high ceiling.
